LAKE FOREST
The City Council last week proclaimed Oct. 2-6 as California Rideshare Week.
The proclamation was made to fill a request by the Southern California Assn. of Governments.
The city will promote community participation by providing brochures and posters to show its commitment to reducing traffic congestion and smog.
