City Council candidate Jim Dow will hold a campaign reception and fund-raiser Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Radisson Resort Knott’s Berry Farm. The reception is free and will offer city residents a chance to meet Dow. Five candidates, including two incumbents, are running for two open council positions in November.
