The Human Services Department will organize a trip to see “Ragtime,” the musical epic about three families at the dawn of the 20th century. Buses will take people to the performance at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Orange County Performing Arts Center. Tickets for the event and transportation are $47 per person. Information: (714) 993-8184.
