Dog Owner Cleared in Trial

CHESTER, S.C. —
A pit bull owner whose dogs allegedly killed a man was cleared of involuntary manslaughter Thursday. Lawyers for Frank Paul Speagle argued that no evidence directly linked his dogs to the December attack on John Mickle.
