The City Council has approved plans for a small dog park in the city. The park, which will cost about $55,500, will be built along Ridge Route Drive between Moulton Parkway and Avenida de la Carlotta and will open in early 2001, City Manager Leslie Keane said. The park will include a watering area for dogs and have a covering of turf and wood chips. Information: (949) 452-0600.
