VILLA PARK
The City Council has agreed to let the Sheriff’s Department patrol private streets within the Villa Park Orchards Homeowners Assn. to enforce traffic laws that have not been enforced. Typically, the Sheriff’s Department cannot issue tickets on private streets unless requested. The association approved a resolution earlier this month asking for the patrols.
