Supervisors Tuesday selected an architect to remodel the Orange County Public Law Library in Santa Ana.
Ralph Allen & Partners will be paid $573,000 for the design, engineering and planning approvals for the project, which is to include a 21,500-square-foot expansion for the library’s collections and evolving technologies.
Funds for the project will come from filing fees for court services, rather than the county’s general fund. The expansion is expected to be completed by 2004.
