Just short of silver anniversary time, the members of L.A. punk’s Class of ’77 dust off the tattered jeans and wax the spiky hairdos as they reunite in the spirit of old. Mike Watt and George Hurley of the Minutemen, the Plugz, the Controllers, Fear, Screamers survivors and many more do the old 1-2-3-4 to raise funds for Flipside magazine and to mark the publication of a new history of the era by Masque impresario Brendan Mullen.
