Coad to Face Challenger; Silva, Wilson Have None
County Supervisors Jim Silva and Tom Wilson will run unopposed for reelection in the March primary, the county registrar of voters reported after Friday’s filing deadline. Supervisor Cynthia P. Coad will be challenged by Fullerton Councilman Chris Norby.
