J.W. North 78, Crescenta Valley 69--James Jenkins had 25 points and 18 rebounds for the Falcons, but the Huskies used a 6-0 run in the final 40 seconds to complete a second-round victory at Crescenta Valley.

The Falcons cut the lead to 72-69 when Jenkins rebounded a Jimmy Goffredo miss and scored with 40 seconds to play.

Will Wynn and Isiah Bryant hit two free throws in the waning seconds to seal the victory.. Wynn had 19 points and Bryant 20. Leo Dotson led the Huskies (15-13) with 24 points.

Goffredo and Chris Tarne each scored 16 points for Crescenta Valley (21-7), which surrendered a 10-0 run in the first quarter.
