* World Music--Celtic music group Altan performs Saturday at the Performing Arts Center at Cal State Northridge. * Dance--”SwingDance America,” a celebration of swing dancing, plays this weekend at the University of Judaism’s Gindi Auditorium in Sepulveda Pass. The show, featuring 10 dancers, offers a mix of solos, duets, small group and full company production numbers. Styles include jitterbug, Lindy, jive, shag, boogie-woogie, bebop, West Coast, East Coast and Western. * Musical Benefit--The Arts Council for Cal State Northridge presents “Mostly Music,” a fund-raising concert featuring CSUN music faculty members and students, Sunday at the campus’ Music Recital Hall. Betsy Palmer, a stage, screen and television actress, will host the event, will benefit scholarship funds for art, music and theater students.
