Warner Music Taps Senior Promotions Exec

* Jim Noonan has been named senior vice president of strategic promotions at Time Warner’s Warner Music Group in Burbank. Noonan began his career at the media giant more than a decade ago, running the communications and corporate affairs departments of its HBO and recorded music divisions. Noonan also developed and was executive producer of Reverb, HBO’s critically acclaimed live music series.

* Keith Ferrazzi has been named chief executive of YaYa, a Los Angeles-based creator of game-based interactive advertising. He is a former chief marketing officer for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.

* Unbound Studios, an animation and interactive entertainment company with offices in New York, Los Angeles and London, has named Jill Proctor Ramirez vice president of business development in Los Angeles. Previously, Ramirez held positions at Morgan Hill Films and Dick Clark Film Group.

* Santa Monica-based Fandom Inc. announced the appointments of Chris Howe to chief technology officer and Tom Watkin to senior vice president of auctions. Howe was previously with Deloitte Consulting and Watkin was co-founder of the online auction site BoxLot.com. Fandom is a Los Angeles media company with multiple delivery platforms for entertainment content.

* Broadcast marketing firm Studio City has promoted senior producer Cary Sachs to director of comedy promotion.

* Mark Binke has been appointed senior vice president of production at Vidyah, a media service provider. Before joining Vidyah, Binke was vice president of production at Anteye.com, a start-up production company and portal for Internet-based entertainment programming.

* Time Warner Telecom Inc. has named Steve Sergi general manager of the Los Angeles/Orange County market. Sergi comes to the Los Angeles office after launching the Dallas office in 1999.
