Couple Found Shot to Death
A man found his parents shot to death, victims of an apparent murder-suicide, in their Woodland Hills home Tuesday afternoon, police said.
Authorities did not release the identities of the man and woman, who were believed to be in their 70s, and who had lived in the one-story ranch house for about 30 years, according to neighbors.
Lt. Gary Hallden of the Los Angeles Police Department said the woman shot and killed her husband and then killed herself. Hallden did not say when the shooting occurred, but the son found them in their bedroom at about 4:15 p.m.
