Woman Fatally Shoots Husband, Then Herself
A man found his parents shot to death in the bedroom of their home Tuesday, victims of an apparent murder-suicide, police said.
Authorities did not release the identities of the man and woman, who were believed to be in their 70s. Neighbors said they had lived in the one-story ranch house in the 5300 block of Dubois Avenue for about 30 years.
Lt. Gary Hallden of the Los Angeles Police Department said the woman shot and killed her husband and then killed herself. Hallden did not say when the shooting occurred, but the son found them about 4:15 p.m.
