Police Say Stabbing May Be Gang-Related

An Oxnard man was repeatedly stabbed early Saturday at a party in what police believe was a gang-related attack.
Christian Martinez, 21, was in stable condition at Ventura County Medical Center and was expected to undergo surgery for multiple knife wounds to his upper body, police and hospital officials said.
Martinez was stabbed shortly after 2 a.m. at a house in the 200 block of West Channel Islands Boulevard in Port Hueneme. Port Hueneme police believe four men who fled the scene were involved.
