In nonleague boys’ track and field:

No. 1 Tustin 95, No. 8 Irvine 34--Alex Marbley posted the best high jump in Orange County (6-8 3/4) since El Modena’s Santosh Swamidass cleared 6-9 in 1998.

In nonleague boys’ golf:

No. 1 Servite 358, No. 10 Orange Lutheran 374--Ryan Cole shot 68 and Ryan Carter carded a 70 for the Friars (2-1) at par-70 Willowick and Los Coyotes golf courses. Paul Imondi was medalist with a 67 for Orange Lutheran (1-2).

Esperanza 387, No. 9 Villa Park 392--Junior Jay Choe earned medalist honors with a par 71 at Strawberry Farms and Yorba Linda for the Aztecs (5-0).

In Pacific Coast League boys’ tennis:

No. 1 Corona del Mar 15, Laguna Beach 3--Peter Kulmaticki and Justin Ning swept, 6-0, 6-2, 6-0, at No. 1 doubles and Shawn Wadwha and Ryan Stock swept, 6-1, 7-5, 6-2, at No. 2 for visiting Corona del Mar (5-0, 1-0).

In nonleague boys’ tennis:

No. 10, Capistrano Valley 16, Laguna Hills 2--Junior Robbie Lamour, the Cougars’ No. 1 singles player, improved to 6-0 with a 6-2, 6-1, 6-0 sweep. Capistrano Valley is 2-0. Laguna Hills is 4-2.

No. 6 Woodbridge 12, No. 7 Dana Hills 6--Brett Van Linge and No. 2 Erik Oijala swept their singles matches for the host Warriors (4-3). Dana Hills is 5-1.
