Suspect in Fatal Hit-and-Run Arrested

A man who police said left the scene of a weekend accident that killed a 9-year-old girl has been arrested.
Ismael Zuniga, 19, was arrested Sunday at his home a few blocks from the accident site.
Addsav Kov had been crossing East 51st Street in the 1800 block from her home to a playground when she was struck Saturday, Officer Jason Lee said. Witnesses said that the car was speeding and that it continued west, Lee said.
