Tustin Forfeits Three Golden West Victories

Tustin has forfeited its three league victories after an investigation by the school’s administration discovered the Tillers had used an ineligible player in Golden West League play.

The Tillers, who also lost on the field to Westminster in league play, drop to 4-6 overall and 0-4 in league. However, Tustin could still participate in the Southern Section Division VI playoffs at the discretion of league officials.

The investigation determined that the student was not a resident of the Tustin High attendance area at the time he participated.
