Accused Plagiarist Quits Law School Faculty
Winston L. Frost, dismissed as dean of Trinity Law School in Santa Ana after being accused of plagiarism, has resigned as a tenured faculty member.
Officials of Trinity International University, the law school’s parent institution, confirmed Monday that Frost’s last day was Oct. 15.
School officials had said they intended to fire him from his teaching position once the Faculty Senate made a recommendation to the university’s Board of Regents. Frost’s decision to resign halted any such action, according to the school.
Frost, 43, taught law and ethics classes at the school.
