The team came back strong against Long Beach (2-2), becoming the first opponent to score 100 points at the Pyramid since Long Beach began playing there in 1994-95.

Charlotte shot 67.6% in the first half, leading by as many as 25 points, at 58-33, in the final minute.

“Offensively, they were very unforgiving,” Long Beach Coach Wayne Morgan said.”They’re a good team. Our team is a growing team, we’re getting better but still developing. This was a night where they let us know, ‘Hey, we’re bigger than you.”’
