DODGER REPORT
Evans has declined comment on Chan Ho Park, who can become a free agent after the season.
Some baseball officials believe the Dodgers will not sign the right-hander because he might receive a record-setting contract in a pitching-thin market.
Apparently, agent Scott Boras also is not especially optimistic about Park returning.
“I’m sure Danny needs to get acclimated, and take his time and have organizational meetings, to decide where they’re going to go, and what they’re going to do,” Boras said. “When it comes to players that are free agents, like Chan Ho, if they have interest then I’m sure they’ll approach us.
“It’s their decision whether or not he’s someone they want to pursue.”
