Panthers will try to build on recent spate of victories in matches this week against Dana Hills and Beverly Hills.

2. Corona del Mar (14-1, SS--Pacific Coast)

Sea Kings took it to Dana Hills in nonleague match and could do same to rest of opponents this season.

3. Dana Point Dana Hills (11-4, SS--South Coast)

Dolphins got whacked by Corona del Mar and took it out on San Clemente and Trabuco Hills in league matches.

4. Beverly Hills (10-3, SS--Bay)

Anne Liktovskaya, usually a doubles player, swept nine singles sets in three Norman victories last week.

5. Calabasas (10-1, SS--Frontier)

The Coyotes, always dominant in Frontier League, will be again after losing only one game in first two matches.

6. Fullerton Troy (12-3, SS--Freeway)

Senior doubles player Michelle Dinh had memorable week, sweeping sets in victories over La Habra and Laguna Beach and being elected homecoming queen.

7. Palm Desert (12-2, SS--Desert Valley)

Aztecs posted big nonleague victory over La Jolla, but Robyn Baker and Casey Cross are nursing sore hips entering rematch with Troy on Wednesday.

8. Newport Beach Newport Harbor (8-5, SS--Sea View)

Natalie Braverman was on her game, and Sailors escaped with victory on games against Woodbridge in only match last week.

9. Irvine Woodbridge (12-6, SS--Sea View)

Warriors have lost to Corona del Mar, Peninsula, Dana Hills, Newport Harbor, Beverly Hills and Menlo.

10. Villa Park (10-4, SS--Century)

Laura Robinson swept three sets at No. 3 singles against Foothill to give Spartans edge in league play.
