Julia in the Kitchen: Julia Child teams up with the nonprofit corporation FoodWork to present a series of cooking classes in Santa Barbara. The classes raise funds for the HAB Culinary Writers Fund. In this class, Child interviews Stephen Giles, chef of Sage & Onion in Santa Barbara, while he demonstrates how to cook vegetables such as rhubarb, English peas, fiddlehead ferns and morel mushrooms.
