Judge Pleads Not Guilty to Child Sex Charges

An Orange County Superior Court judge pleaded not guilty Friday to charges stemming from alleged sex acts in 1979 with a 14-year-old Irvine boy.
Ronald C. Kline, who is under house arrest, faces up to five years and eight months in prison if convicted of the five counts of oral copulation. He also faces trial in federal court on child pornography charges. Kline denies those charges, as well.
