Taking a Giant Step

I understand only four players are in the 600-homer club. But here in Los Angeles, when a Giant joins the club, it does not deserve top billing.

Barry Bonds is a Giant. He is also a giant egomaniac. Most Angelenos couldn’t care less about his achievement. Put him in the back next to Mieszerski and Del Mar charts.
