A Challenge at 350 Yards
A couple of promising 2-year-old fillies will try to take it to the boys in the $57,300 California Juvenile Challenge this evening.
Classic Sassy Chic, who has won three in a row, and Secretary For Life, who has won her last two, are among a field of 10 set to go 350 yards in the Challenge. The winner will earn a berth in the MBNA America Challenge Championships on Nov. 2 at Lone Star Park.

Four! Use Cha Cha Chickie and Attisi Too in the eighth, Midnight Knight, Sheza Ramblin Too and First For Sure in the ninth, the entry of Ima Trackmaster-Special Cartel, Secretary For Life and Classic Sassy Chic in the 10th and Movnit and La Flaire in the 11th.
