The two richest events for paint horses are the main events on tonight’s 11-race card.

Ten 2-year-olds will race in the $103,850 Masterpiece Futurity at 350 yards about two hours after 10 3-year-olds meet in the $51,250 Masterpiece Derby at the same distance.

Cha Cha Chickie, a daughter of Easy Jet Too owned by Robin Moraga and Pam Maloney and trained by co-breeder Connie Hall, will be favored in the Futurity as she tries for her seventh win in eight races.

In the Derby, trainer John Bassett has four horses. Besides Judys Cash, Bassett will send out the Herbert and Ginger Graham-owned entry of Dakota Jackson, Texas Wildcat and Gingers Beauty.
