Kings Defeat Spurs

Jim Jackson came off the bench to score 23 points and Bobby Jackson had 18 points to lead the Sacramento Kings to a 104-80 victory over the Spurs on Sunday in their first game at the SBC Center in San Antonio.

Spur Coach Gregg Popovich was ejected at halftime after picking up his second technical for arguing just after the buzzer. Assistant P.J. Carlesimo coached the team during the second half.

Memphis 102, Phoenix 94 -- With three of their five starters injured, the Grizzlies still had enough to end a five-game losing streak, playing well enough on offense at Memphis, Tenn., to shoot 54% and overcome 31 turnovers.

The Grizzlies played without injured starters Jason Williams and Shane Battier while rookie Drew Gooden played only 19 minutes because of a bruised knee.

Portland 104, Toronto 91 -- Bonzi Wells had 29 points and Rasheed Wallace added 20 to lead the Trail Blazers at Toronto.
