Pacific (15-9, 7-7) at Cal State Fullerton (4-19, 1-13), 5:30, Fox Sports Net--Big West coaches figured that Pacific would be a late-developing team that makes a run in the conference tournament. The Tigers are beginning to look like that type of team. Pacific knocked off UC Irvine, 73-61, Saturday. Forward Pape Sow had 19 points and 10 rebounds in Fullerton’s 65-53 loss to Idaho.

Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (14-8, 8-6) at UC Irvine (18-8, 11-4), 7, KUCI-FM (88.9)--The Anteaters are still in contention for the Big West regular-season title, but they face a must-win situation with tough home games tonight against San Luis Obispo and Saturday against UC Santa Barbara. Irvine has won only four of its last seven and guard Jerry Green is coming off a subpar 10-point outing in a loss to Pacific. Green had a season-low seven points in the Anteaters’ 50-47 loss at San Luis Obispo on Jan. 26. Fourth-place San Luis Obispo is coming off a 69-66 loss at Santa Barbara.

Cal State Northridge (8-15, 7-7) at UC Riverside (8-14, 5-9), 7, KPRO (1570), KUCR-FM (88.3)--Northridge, which was tied for first place in the Big West on Jan. 26, has lost five in a row. Senior point guard Markus Carr is struggling because of a sprained big toe and has missed 20 of 24 shots over the last two games. Riverside is coming off a 59-42 loss to Utah State.
