Mall Guard Suspected of Sexual Assault

A guard at a department store in Brea Mall was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of sexually assaulting a woman he was questioning about shoplifting, police said.
Paul James Roa, 41, of Brea was arrested after a complaint by an Anaheim woman, whose name was not released.
The woman said she was shopping at the store on New Year’s Day when Roa detained her, questioned her and sexually assaulted her before letting her go, Police Sgt. Les Mesa said.
