Frey’s Vising Is the One to Beat in the Fifth

Share

In his two victories for trainer Dean Frey, Vising has left little doubt.

In his second start, the 4-year-old Arabian beat maidens by 11 lengths, then, after an ill-fated try in a stakes, the son of Virgule Al Maury crushed an allowance field by 13 lengths.

Owned by Darley Stud Management, Vising will try to dominate again tonight when he takes on six rivals in the fifth race, a $4,700 allowance at six furlongs.

Adolfo Rodriguez was aboard for Vising’s two victories, but Joy Scott has the mount tonight and they will break from Post 7. The Florida-bred could be a single for pick six players.
