Man, 26, Shot During Argument in Bar
A 26-year-old Port Hueneme man was shot twice during an argument with another man inside an Oxnard bar, authorities said Saturday.
Matthew Olin was shot at Sea Rounders in the 2600 block of South Ventura Road about 11:30 p.m. Friday, Oxnard police said.
Olin was taken to St. John’s Regional Medical Center, where he underwent surgery for his injuries. Hospital personnel on Saturday declined to release any information on Olin’s condition.
The gunman, who ran from the bar after the shooting, was described as 35 to 40 years old, heavyset and white.
