Star Tours
The bright star nearly overhead at 9 p.m. is Arcturus, in Bootes the Bear Herder. Arcturus is a giant yellow star 20 times the diameter and 110 times the luminosity of our sun. It is the closest giant star to Earth, about 37 light-years away.
