Utah State (23-6) vs. UC Santa Barbara (19-10), 9 p.m., ESPN--Utah State, the two-time defending Big West Conference tournament champion, is in the final for the fourth time in five years. The Aggies feature the perimeter marksmanship of guard Tony Brown, who scored a career-high 29 points in a semifinal victory over Pacific, and forward Desmond Penigar, who had 20 points against Pacific. Santa Barbara defeated UC Irvine to earn its first appearance in the final. Utah State swept Santa Barbara this season. The Aggies won, 60-56, at Santa Barbara on Jan. 5 and 72-64 at Logan on Jan. 31.
