Cherry Group bought the 110-unit Cherry Apartments at 5663 Cherry Ave. in Long Beach from First Star Mortgage Co. for $6.5million. The seller was represented by Ron Harris of Marcus & Millichap. The buyer was represented by Gordon Reese, also of Marcus & Millichap.

Winco Asset Management bought a 125,531-square-foot industrial portfolio consisting of 2011 S. Garfield Ave. in Commerce and 1100 W. Walnut Ave. in Compton for $6.4 million from Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Inc. Jeff Cole, Rick Putnam, Lewis Latimer and Rob Antrobius of Trammell Crow Co. represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Jeff Rinkov of Lee & Associates.

Albion Pacific Property Resources of San Francisco bought a 195,000-square-foot office building at 548 S. Spring St. in Los Angeles from Bolour Trust of Los Angeles for $6.4 million. Ed Rosenthal of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer and the seller.

Kuve Ltd. of Bellflower bought the 76-unit Pampas Lane Apartments at 1631 W. Pampas Lane in Anaheim from Woodman Realty Inc. of Los Angeles for $6.4 million. The seller was represented by Ken Morgan and Jay Skenderian of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group. The buyer was represented by Catherine Rubenstein of Colliers Seeley International.
