Washington goalie Olaf Kolzig is showing few ill effects from the wrist injury that recently sidelined him.

Kolzig made 43 saves, and Sergei Gonchar sparked a four-goal second period with his first goal this season, and the Capitals defeated the Philadelphia Flyers, 4-1, Saturday night at Washington.

Kolzig has given up only two goals in consecutive victories after returning from a left wrist injury that sidelined him for four games.
