Country sound inspires a name

The article on Eastbound and Down (“A local twang,” Nov. 14) was great and long overdue. Producer Margot Hamilton says the alternative country movement “hasn’t been named yet.” Seeing so many city musicians dressing up like Hee Haw”-esque country bumpkins, why not just call it Mockabilly? Or better yet, Wannabilly?
