Man Convicted in Rape of Mentally Ill Woman
A jury on Tuesday convicted a former caregiver at a now-closed Santa Ana board-and-care home of raping a woman who has the mental capacity of a 2-year-old.
Robert Rogelio Rios, 47, was convicted of rape of an incompetent person and the enhancement of inflicting great bodily injury, a court clerk said.
