Two Killed in Plane Crash Are Identified
From Staff and Wire Reports
A man and woman killed last weekend when their small plane crashed shortly after taking off from Agua Dulce Airpark were identified Friday as the Encino couple who owned the plane.
George Willard, 59, and his wife, Rosalie, 51, were flying to Laughlin, Nev., for the afternoon when their six-seat, twin-engine Piper Aerostar 601 went down in a nearby gorge. Their sole passenger, William Perry, 52, an Agua Dulce attorney, also was killed.
The cause of the crash is under investigation, officials said.
