Quake Causes No Damage

OCOTILLO WELLS, Calif. —
A magnitude 4.1 earthquake rattled eastern San Diego County on Saturday, but apparently caused no injuries or damage.
The quake struck at 2:26 p.m. and was centered six miles north of Ocotillo Wells, near the Imperial County line, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The area is 80 miles south of Palm Springs.
There were no reports of damage or injury, said a San Diego County sheriff’s dispatcher.
