With Ducks, Even Criticism Is Free

How much longer can the Mighty Ducks expect their last few season-ticket holders to hang on? They are offering free admission to Sunday’s exhibition to anyone with a ticket stub from the earlier Angel game the same day. Not only does this speak to the sparse number of tickets sold, but is the ultimate insult to those who must pay full regular-season prices for tickets to these meaningless games in order to purchase season tickets.

I for one am glad I got off the season-ticket train, and hope the last few season-seat holders will turn out the lights on the way out.
