2 Suspects Held in Property, Vehicle Thefts
Two Ventura County men suspected in a crime spree have been arrested by sheriff’s deputies in Camarillo.
Dustin Fleming, 22, of Camarillo and Brad Miller, 21, of Simi Valley were taken into custody last week on suspicion of auto theft and possessing stolen property after officers received a complaint that Fleming was illegally connected to cable television service.
Investigators said they found property in Fleming’s Rosewood Avenue apartment stolen from two storage sheds in the complex. Authorities also arrested Miller, who was at the apartment, after finding a stolen vehicle, whose owner allegedly identified Miller as the thief.
