Library Set to Reopen After 6-Month Project

El Toro’s public library, closed since October for expansion, is scheduled to reopen Monday with a new children’s section and an enlarged bookstore.
The 2,500-square-foot expansion was mostly for the Friends of the Library bookstore, said John Adams, county librarian.
