Memorial Service Set for Fair Board Member

A memorial service for longtime Orange County lobbyist Randall G. Smith, who died March 29, will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Building 12 of the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa.
Smith, 55, was a member of the fair’s board of directors for 12 years.
Mourners are welcome to wear casual attire, particularly Hawaiian shirts. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Centennial Farm Foundation, c/o Randy Smith Fund, 88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa 92626.
