Lopez Loads Up in Tonight’s 2-Year-Old Races

Those who like 2-year-old maiden races will be delighted with tonight’s card.

Four of the eight races on the program are for the babies, beginning with the third, then continuing with the fifth, seventh and eighth. Trainer Carlos Lopez, whose horses were 1-2 in a 2-year-old race Saturday night, is scheduled to start eight horses in the four races.

Lettis All, a Chicks Beduino filly, and the Corona Cartel miss Shenoshercorona will debut in the third for Lopez, then the Dutch Masters III-Francisco Gonzalez-owned entry of Holland Smith and Frankly First will debut in the fifth.

Later, Lopez will be represented by Parallel Style, another Chicks Beduino offspring, and Trust Fund Baby in the seventh, the run Rocket Me Fast and Clearly Awesome in the eighth.

Four! Use Red Ida Go and First Dance Dasher in the first, A Blurr and Think Mile in the second, My Native Velvet, Lettis All and Shenoshercorona in the third and Broadway Mischief and Mr. Mezo in the fourth.

Shots in the dark: Mobile Number gets jockey Alex Bautista for his debut in the fifth. Mir is a daughter of Apollo making her debut in the seventh.
