Campaign Focuses on Criminals’ Gun Use

The U.S. attorney’s office announced a campaign to prosecute criminals who use guns.
“Project Safe Neighborhoods” targets two high-crime areas in South Los Angeles: the Sheriff’s Department’s Century Division and LAPD’s 77th Street Division.
