A family drug court judge was in jail after he was sentenced to two days behind bars for drunken driving.
Washoe County District Judge Charles McGee, 53, also was ordered to pay nearly $700 in fines, attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings five times a week, submit to daily Breathalyzer tests for six months and attend a DUI victim impact panel.
