From Times Staff Reports
The City Council has approved plans to cut costs by closing City Hall, the City Corporation Yard and the Human Services Office every other Friday beginning March 14.
On alternate Fridays starting March 7, city offices will close at 4:30 p.m. The city expects to save about $20,000 annually in utility fees. City meeting agenda packets will be available the Thursday before Monday or Tuesday meeting dates.
