Man Stabbed Multiple Times at Produce Stand

A 28-year-old Oxnard man was stabbed repeatedly at a produce stand on Naval Air Road near Point Mugu on Friday evening.

Mario Borjas was treated at St. John’s Regional Medical Center for multiple stab wounds to the torso and some wounds on his hands. The cause of the attack, which occurred about 6 p.m. at San Miguel Produce, is still under investigation.

Authorities said the attack may be linked to a domestic dispute involving employees of the business. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff’s Department’s Major Crimes Bureau at 477-7015.
