Sunbather, 45, Arrested on Exposure Charge

A 45-year-old Thousand Oaks man was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure Monday after taking off his clothes in view of children and sunbathing on a public lawn, authorities said.
Residents called Ventura County sheriff’s deputies after seeing Barton Saucerman sunning nude about 2:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Avenida de las Flores, near a swimming pool complex where several children were playing, authorities said.
